Proof of Residence
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Proof of Immunization (for Kindergarteners)
⚠️ Important Note: We strongly encourage you to complete enrollment prior to August 3rd. If you wait until August 3rd to enroll your child, they will not be placed in a class in time for Open House that evening. Let's get them set up for success early!
