Important Dates & Information for Pre-K Families
(7/31 meeting time has been updated)
MES Registration is set for July 31st from 1:00PM-4:00PM for parents/guardians needing to complete online registration at the school. If you have already completed registration online, there is no need to attend.
If you missed Pre-K Registration in the Spring….we got you covered! Come pick up an application at MES and bring it back Thursday, July 13, from 9:00-2:00. If you have any questions, email Tammy McCurley at mccurleyt@milanssd.org.
Summer Learning Camp begins Monday, May 22nd. Drop off time begins at 7:45. Dismissal for this first day will be at 3:30. We can't wait to see you!
If your child has medication at school, please have an adult pick it up in the office on or before May 18, 2023 (by 3:00pm). Medication can not be sent home with the students.

Be on the lookout for library notices (see sample in image) regarding missing books. We have over $1500 worth of books missing from our libraries. Please help us return these missing books or pay to get them replaced before the end of the school year. Thanks for your help!

*Information Meeting for Parents of 3rd graders*
MES will hold two informational meetings with parents of current 3rd grade students to discuss the TN Learning Loss Remediation & Student Acceleration Act. This act impacts 3rd grade students and their promotion to 4th grade. The meeting will answer questions you may have about options for your student to be promoted. Please make plans to attend of the meetings.
